In 2004, Judge Edmund Reggie was among those inducted into the Louisiana Political Museum in Winnfield, Louisiana’s Political Hall of Fame.
On January 28 of that year, Senator Edward M. Kennedy paid a visit to the museum in honor of his father in law, Reggie.
“Usually, I’m either drawn here by Cajun cooking or by family,” said Kennedy. “Tonight, it’s family. My father-in-law has accomplished many great things for this state, and as you know, there are about as many Reggies here as there are Kennedys up north.”.
